About
Having been a collector of antique Native American jewellery and ephemera for many years, I first made a foray into jewellery making in 2014 under the name of The Peyote Bird, reworking various pieces of vintage Navajo and Southwestern jewellery into one of a kind contemporary necklaces.
More recently I began to learn how to work with Sterling Silver, making my own pieces from scratch. I love how every single hand worked piece I make is different, showing imperfections of shape and patina, creating something truly singular. My work now contains a fusion of my own hand made pieces combined with vintage pieces purchased on my travels. All stones used in my own work are ethically mined in the US.
